What is MOMS Club?
The MOMS Club® (MOMS Offering Moms Support) is an international non-profit group specifically for mothers who have chosen to stay home with their children, whether part-time or full-time.
We offer this support by planning playgroups, park days, field trips, and other types of activities to give Moms and Kids the opportunity to socialize.
At-home mothers of any age children are welcome. You don't have to leave the group when your children enter school. We know you still need support as your children grow.
We now have 2,000+ chapters in the US alone and over 100,000 members! We also have International chapters starting too!

The primary goals of our group are to provide moral support to at-home moms (whether full or part-time) and to provide activities to promote growth, development, and friendships for our children in a healthy environment. The MOMS Club® also provides an open forum for topics of interest to women, giving mothers a voice in their community while performing service projects that benefit local women and children.
A small annual membership fee of $25 (per Mom) is required. Per MOMS Club guidelines, we use 15% of the dues collected to help offset the costs of crafts, events, activities, etc., but some activities may require a nominal fee to cover actual costs.

Activities
Our monthly calendar consists of many different activities that vary from month to month – story time at a local library, trips to the Children’s Museum in Dover, Van Saun Zoo and Park, local park days, playgroups, Target outings,
breakfast at Panera Bread,
coffee at Dunkin Donuts,
Burger King lunches,
Fuddruckers lunches,
Open Gym in Ringwood,
Kidnetics,
In The Swing, holiday parties, crafts,
annual trip to Land of Make Believe, family day pumpkin picking at Alstede Farms,
Abma's Farm outings,
Lincoln Park outings and quarterly celebrations of the children’s birthdays in the group. Together, as a club, the calendar is created each month to enhance everyone’s experience.
Board & Committees
A board of five people, who are elected by the group, heads the Wanaque chapter up. We also have a Sunshine Committee to coordinate meal schedules and parties. There are many ways for members to be involved.
Family Parties
At least once a year we plan a get together for the entire family. This provides an opportunity for fathers and older siblings to join the MOM’s club for a fun day together.
Meals for Families
As part of our support system, when a family has a new addition, other members prepare meals for two weeks after the family arrives home. Meals are also prepared for members in need, such as surgery or a serious illness.
Mom’s Night Out (MNO)
Each month a Mom’s Night Out is planned. These nights allow Moms some social interaction without having to watch little ones. A different activity is planned each month. Previous evenings have included manicures/pedicures & coffee, movie night, dinner out at a
restaurant or drinks & snacks at a member’s house. Whilst many Moms prefer to leave children at home for these events, little ones are always welcome.
Monthly Meetings
On the second Friday of every month, our required business meeting is held. At this time we discuss the next month's calendar and scheduled events as a team. We also discuss service projects, outings and other up-and-coming projects. As the Moms discuss, children play in a social and safe environment.
Playgroups
We offer weekly aged playgroups. This arena provides an age appropriate play area, as well as a mix of children within the same age range.
HOOT and HOWL
HOOT and HOWL (Husbands Out of Town, Husbands Out Working Late) Meet at a member’s house for playtime and an early dinner.
Service Projects
We are required by the International MOM’s Club to participate in at least one service project during the year that benefits women and children in our community. Previously, we have donated food, clothes, toiletries and toys to shelters and food pantries. Other service projects we have done are Project Night Night and Friendly's Family Fun Nights
Recipe
Each month different club members are responsible for bringing a recipe to share with the group. This is a fun way to share ideas for the kitchen!
